* Towing fee allowance will only be provided if the car is not drivable or not safe to drive 

* Loan Car will be provided if the car needs 2 more days for repair 

* Once we receive the application, we will process it within 2 working days and reply by email 

* If this case is urgent, please contact your insurance company or contact our towing supplier. 021 786 954 Zia (Christchurch area 8:00am -6:00pm only) 

* All repair or replacement in relation to the Vehicle which we are responsible for shall be undertaken by an authorised mechanic in Christchurch 

at our election. If we are responsible for any said repair or replacement, we will endeavour to carry out such repair or replacement in a timely 

manner.
